was raised at Divisoria last Wednesday
during the joint celebration
for Independence Day
and the City Charter Day anniversary
(which actually is on June 15).
We'll continue observing National Flag Month
the rest of June.

Last day

Operations move tomorrow
to the newly inaugurated

SP congratulates XU graduate
for ranking 8th in CPA exams
ANOTHER graduate of Cagayan de Oro City passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination with flying colors and members of the 16th City Council headed by Vice Mayor Caesar Ian E. Acenas are not about to let this go unrecognized.
At the regular session yesterday, legislators adopted a resolution congratulating and commending Glen Dareen Santos of Xavier University for giving honor to the city by ranking 8th (92.71%) in the licensure examinations given last May 2013.
A separate resolution was adopted congratulating Xavier University (Ateneo de Cagayan) for producing one of the top ten successful examinees.
This is not the first time that the city has produced top board passers in examinations given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
