Primavera Residences, the first eco-friendly building in Cagayan de Oro, has partnered with PSBank for a home loan program. The two 10-storey condominiums (one of which is still under construction) situated at Pueblo Business Park were designed by an Italian architecture office. Architect Romolo V. Nati says the design reduces energy consumption, self-produces renewable energy and offers a green inner courtyard.
