Goatmeat
At Daltan's Kambingan they specialize in chevon dishes.
I give my hearty thumbs-up to adobo na kambing!
They also serve beef bulalo, beef siki, native chicken, and other meat dishes.
Recently they introduced yellowfin tuna panga and a new prawn menu.
We'll have to savor these one at a time!
Daltan's at Cruz Taal corner Capistrano Streets is open 24 hours a day.

Bagoong
Boyong's Special Bagoong is a product of Cagayan de Oro.
There's no English word for bagoong
so the label describes it for visitors from foreign countries
as "sauteed shrimp paste".
Of course, you can find this condiment
throughout the Philippines,
but Boyong's is proudly made in Cagayan de Oro.

CEB Advisory

CEB Advisory
As of April 4,
2013
The Civil
Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has required all commercial and
private operations in the Lumbia Airport (Cagayan de Oro) to transfer to the
new Laguindingan Airport, starting April 30, 2013.
CAAP
is currently in the process of commissioning runway lights. In the meantime,
given Laguindingan International Airport’s (LIA) sunrise / sunset limitations,
flights can only operate during the day.
Because
of this,
flight changes including cancellations will be implemented.
CEB has already
begun contacting and re-accommodating more than 22,500 passengers affected by above
flight cancellations and flight schedule changes. It is also sending out emails
to more than 53,000 guests regarding the airport change in Cagayan de Oro. Passenger
figures are from April 30 to July 31, 2013 only.
Guests may also
call our reservations hotline (02) 7020-888 or (032) 230-8888 for details on
their re-accommodation. Options of affected guests include rebooking or
rerouting for travel within 30 days with no penalties, full travel fund or full
refund.
We hope for our
passengers’ understanding as we work to minimize inconvenience brought about by
the transfer to LIA.
