Oro set for Tourism Jingle Festival
The first Tourism Jingle Festival in the city will take place on
May 2014 at the Atrium, Limketkai Mall, said Councilor Lourdes Candy Darimbang,
chair of the City Council committee on tourism.
She also announced that there will be a Tourism Video Competition
where talents can show of their skills in composing original jingles and videos
that will feature Cagayan de Oro City.
The winning participants will receive huge prizes and their
entries will be heard over local radio and television stations, major hotels
and restaurants, at the airport and bus terminals, said the lady councilor.
